That this House recognises the benefits the Warm Homes scheme has brought to thousands of people in Northern Ireland offering as it does a comprehensive package of measures to prevent heat loss and conserve energy to people on lower incomes; further commends all those involved in the promotion of the scheme; and advocates as many eligible persons as possible should avail of its benefits.
