leave out from 'proceed' to 'express' in line 4, and insert, 'believes that it was wrong of the ECB to agree to host the present Zimbabwean touring team and agreeing to allow the England team to tour Zimbabwe in 2004 regardless of whether Robert Mugabe is still in power.'.
