That this House congratulates Rotherham on winning the First Division championship for the second successive season; further welcomes their promotion to the Premier Division; looks towards the publication of the Office of Fair Trading report into competition issues in professional rugby union; and anticipates compensation being paid to Rotherham by the Zurich Premiership for denying Rotherham their rightful place in the Premier Division in season 2002-03.
