That this House congratulates Falkirk FC on becoming 2002-03 Scottish First Division Champions; agrees that the club has won promotion to the Scottish Premier League on sporting merit; recognises the great efforts of the club's management and supporters in working for a new stadium and temporary groundshare arrangements; and urges the Scottish Premier League authorities to admit the new First Division Champions to the SPL for the coming season.
