Impact Of Rent Re-Structuring Policy

That this House notes with concern that under the current rent restructuring proposals, many residents in sheltered housing, not in receipt of housing benefits, are now facing large increases in rent above the rate of inflation and higher than their pension increases; and calls on the Government to review the impact of rent restructuring.
