That this House congratulates the organisers and sponsors of Cheltenham Little Theatre's first Choir Festival; appreciates the enterprising and entertaining programme which attracted a wide range of talented choirs with international experience, culminating in a blistering performance from the Abertillery Orpheus Male Choir; and looks forward to the Choir Festival becoming a regular event, adding to festivals of racing, jazz, music, cricket, literature and others, which confirm Cheltenham's reputation as a premier festival town.
