That this House condemns the derogatory and dismissive remarks made by the Secretary of State for Health, the Right honourable Member for Darlington in relation to Wales during Health questions and the debate on the state of Public Services on Tuesday 22nd January; is amazed at the Secretary of State's ignorance of his own responsibilities with regards to Wales; condemns his disgraceful use of language on the floor of the House; and demands an immediate apology to the House and to the people of Wales.
