Post Office Cash Machine Charges
EDM number 69 in 2001-02, proposed by David Crausby on 03/07/2001.
That this House welcomes the plans by the Post Office to introduce cash machines in thousands of branches across the country; is appalled at any proposals to charge customers for using them; recognises that people who use the post office to collect pensions and benefits are often the least able to afford charges; and urges the Post Office not to charge for the use of cash machines in its establishments.
