That this House notes the annual general meeting in Manchester on Thursday 8th November of the National Black Police Association; welcomes the NBPA contribution to high standards of policing and to improving the experience within police services and the constabulary of black, Asian and ethnic minority officers and civilian staff; and calls on police authorities and relevant government ministers to learn from the circumstances and acknowledged errors of the past and to increase the partnership with the black police associations, its officers and members.
