That this House congratulates BBC Wales on the launch of BBC 2W, the new television channel for digital viewers in Wales; notes with approval that Wales is now the only part of the United Kingdom with its own digital services; believes that BBC 2W can fill a gap in English language programming from Wales and for Wales; and wishes the new service every success.
