Parliamentary Vote On Terrorist War

That this House notes that Parliament has been recalled by the Prime Minister three times and on each occasion Right honourable and honourable Members have been denied a vote on the use of military action in the war against terrorism, specifically in Afghanistan; and demands that the Government put forward a substantive motion on this subject before the House which can be debated, amended and voted upon, before Monday 15th October.
