Crimestoppers

That this House notes the valuable work done by the Crimestoppers Trust, the only charity helping to solve crimes; congratulates Crimestoppers on providing information which helped the police to arrest and charge 5,423 people for serious criminal offences, including 30 for murder, during the past year; welcomes the Home Office commissioned research into Crimestoppers; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to continue its financial support of Crimestoppers at an appropriate level now and in future years.
