That this House expresses its concern at the failure of the Prime Minister to involve the representatives of the majority of Unionists in Northern Ireland in negotiations on a positive way forward for Northern Ireland and an alternative to the failed and flawed Belfast Agreement; calls on Her Majesty's Government to publish the details of the package following the Weston Park talks; and demands that the people of Northern Ireland are fully aware of the proposals for arrangements affecting their future.
