S4C's TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY

That this House congratulates S4C on 20 years of public sector broadcasting in the Welsh language; recognises the range of quality programmes broadcast over the past two decades such as 'Pobol y Cwm', 'Super Ted', 'Sgorio' and 'C'mon Midfield', and commends the launch in 1998 of S4C Digital which enabled programmes in the Welsh language to be received outside of Wales.
