to leave out after 'car bombers' to end and add 'and that over 1,500 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces since October 2000; recognises that Jews, Muslims and Christians have all been victims of outrages committed both by Israelis and by Palestinians; and resolves to redouble its efforts to bring both sides of the conflict back to the negotiating table to achieve a just and durable peace on the basis of United Nations resolutions calling for an end to the occupation, peace and security for the state of Israel, a viable Palestinian state and justice for the refugees.'.
