Closure Of Massey Ferguson

That this House condemns the announcement by AGCO that they plan to close their factory based at Banner Lane in Coventry; notes with concern that the estimated 1,000 job losses at the plant itself could be overshadowed by the potential for job losses in feeder and subsidiary industries in the whole of the West Midlands; and calls upon the Government to intervene and do all within its power to keep the factory open.
