That this House welcomes recent calls in the National Assembly for Wales for a special all-Wales conference on the problem of illegal drugs; notes that the many issues involved include ones that are severally the responsibility of the Assembly and of Parliament; and calls on the Secretary of State for Wales and the First Minister jointly to call an all-Wales conference to include honourable Members, assembly members and the relevant agencies.
