UN CONVENTION ON CHILDREN'S RIGHTS

That this House notes that the Government are to present their 10 yearly report on the implementation of the UN Convention on Children's Rights to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child in September; and believes that honourable Members should have the opportunity to debate this extremely important matter before the summer recess.
