at end add 'welcomes the Global Issues Group which the international chocolate industry has set up to develop and implement programmes to eliminate the worst forms of child labour in the production of coca beans; further welcomes that a credible system will be in place by 2005 which will demonstrate that cocoa used to manufacture chocolate has been grown and processed under conditions where conditions for children are continually improving.'.
