That this House congratulates Leicester Tigers on becoming European Champions again by winning the Heineken Cup for the second time, the first club ever to do so; acknowledges their pre-eminence in English rugby union by winning their fourth successive league title; and commends them on their sportsmanship and excellence which has brought glory to the city of Leicester and distinction to the game of rugby.
