That this House expresses its concern that the President of Plaid Cymru has established a website in which he invites individuals to pay an annual minimum donation of Ãº180, or Ãº15 per month, in exchange for a number of 'benefits' which include assistance in obtaining tickets to the Public Gallery of the House; is further concerned that the President of Plaid Cymru, Mr Ieuan Wyn Jones, is offering assisted access to the Public Gallery even though he is not an honourable Member himself; and believes that the appropriate authorities in the House should carry out an inquiry into this website and that Plaid Cymru should return all donations they have received through this website.
