leave out from 'health;' to end and add 'however recognises that United Kingdom agriculture policy and practice is almost wholly determined by the European Union's Common Agriculture Policy; is concerned that the United Kingdom is prevented by the CAP from acting unilaterally in altering domestic agriculture policy and practice; calls on the European Commission to ensure that farm animal welfare in other Member nations is improved to reach UK farmers' and producers' high standards; and further calls on Her Majesty's Government to ban the import of food products which fall below the UK's standards of hygiene and farm animal welfare.'.
