leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that in the absence of agricultural shows and markets due to the foot and mouth epidemic, animals were successfully exhibited and marketed using video, the Internet and direct sales; and urges their continuing and increased use to secure better value to farmers and to reduce greatly the risk of animal to animal infections and suffering endured by animals in journeys and markets.'.
