That this House is concerned with the turnout at the General Election, the lowest for over 80 years; believes that parties from across the political spectrum should act to try and reverse the trend; and calls upon the Chancellor of the Exchequer to allow both the successful candidate and the unsuccessful candidates following a General Election a copy of the marked register at nil cost.
