Leeds United And Football In The Community

That this House congratulates Leeds United Football Club for its innovative and wide-ranging activities linking professional football to the community; notes that this initiative provides a model of good practice for community involvement; and further notes that in providing grass roots football coaching, literacy, IT and numeracy education programmes as well as a variety of issue-based community projects, Leeds United leads the way in demonstrating a genuine commitment and responsibility to the community.
