VILLAGE FETES, GYMKHANAS AND FARMERS' MARKETS

That this House deplores the suggestion in the consultation paper published by the Department of Transport, Local Government and the Regions that temporary and traditional events such as village fetes, gymkhanas and farmers' markets should be subjected to planning consent.
