That this House congratulates Partick Thistle Football Club on its success on becoming the Bell's Scottish League Division One champions, thereby winning two championships in successive seasons, a feat only once before achieved in the history of Scottish football; believes that it is a real testament to the determination and hard work of the players, management, directors, supporters and everyone involved with the Club that this considerable success has been achieved; and wishes the Club well in the Scottish Premier League next season in their quest for an unprecedented third successive championship.
