Whipps Cross Maternity Service And Christopher Williams

That this House congratulates Whipps Cross Hospital Maternity Service in respect of the birth of Christopher Williams, the smallest surviving baby in the world on record; notes that Christopher who was born on 21st November 2000 was 16-weeks premature and weighed just 603 grams at birth; and wishes Christopher, who his mother Leone calls her little mircacle, a long and happy life.
