Care Homes In Lancashire

That this House notes with deep concern the plight of care home owners in Lancashire; and further notes the extra costs of the Care Standards Act 2000 on residential homes, adding extra costs on to their owners at the same time that Lancashire County Council has greatly cut back on the number of referrals to the homes leading to closures of the homes and an overall reduction in the number of care beds available in Lancashire.
