leave out from 'credit' to end and add 'commends the honourable Member for Islwyn and other honourable Members who have been prepared to inform their constituents at their own expense of the benefits available through the children's tax credit ammounting to up to ú520 a year for families with children aged under 16 years; is astonished that Plaid Cymru honourable members have not informed parents in their constituencies about the new benefit; and condemns the action of Welsh Nationalist Plaid Cymru-controlled Caerphilly Council in attempting to prevent the local honourable Member from informing his constituents of the substantial support being given by Government to families on low incomes.'.
