That this House notes with concern the lack of suitable telephones for those who are hard of hearing or deaf at rail and bus stations throughout the country; believes that people with hearing disabilities should not be excluded from an everyday service at rail and bus stations where the use of a public telephone is often essential; and calls on the telephone companies along with bus and rail companies to ensure that Minicom telephones are installed at rail and bus stations throughout the country.
