WORK OF NACODS AND MINERS' COMPENSATION;Amdt. line 1:

leave out from 'NACODS' to end and add 'and other mining unions and recognises their long fight to persuade, in the first instance, the authorities to prescribe chronic bronchitis and emphysema, an industrial disease in relation to coalmining; commends the efforts of the previous and current Minister for Energy to make the compensation formula agreed by the court practicable; and condems those who mislead miners and their families by claiming that there is a simple answer to the problem.'.
