That this House notes with disgust the increase in activities of paedophiles; calls for the speedy implementation of the increased sentencing powers under the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000, section 41, which came into force on 11th January; and calls for a total ban on paedophiles having access to internet web sites.
