leave out from 'funding' to end and add 'does not properly recognise the needs of children for whom English is not the first language, high pupil mobility and areas of high deprivation reflected in the numbers receiving free school meals; and calls upon the honourable Member for Broxtowe to withdraw his proposed Education (Funding) Bill on the grounds that it is over simplistic and fundamentally flawed.'.
