Regional Assemblies

That this House commends the Government for devolving power to places people identify with; further congratulates those regions in the North East, North West, Cornwall and the South West which have set up constitutional conventions and the regions of Yorkshire and West Midlands for setting up campaigns; and calls on the Government to complete its unfinished business by setting up regional assemblies which reflect the places people identity with, have a clear popular mandate and are fully democratic.
