Ethiopia/eritrea Cessation Of Hostilities Agreement

That this House welcomes the recent cessation of hostilities agreement between Ethiopia and Eritrea; welcomes the involvement of the International Committee of the Red Cross in repatriating prisoners of war held on both sides; believes that early deployment of the UN/OAU Peacekeeping Mission in the temporary security zone is urgent and essential; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to reinstate development aid as soon as possible.
