That this House calls on the Home Secretary and the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service to analyse the numbers of, and reasons for, claims of unfair treatment on the grounds of sexual or racial institutional discrimination; and invites the Metropolitan Police Service to fulfil its ambition to be a fair employer in the interests of effective policing in London.
