Government Amendment To Oppostion Motion On Asylum And Immigration
EDM number 353 in 1999-00, proposed by Graham Brady on 03/02/2000.
That this House deplores the incompetence of the Home Office in failing to table the correct amendment to the Opposition Motion on Asylum and Immigration debates on 2nd February; notes that this resulted in a Prime Minister's amendment failing to be selected for the first time in the history of this House; and notes that this is entirely consistent with the chaos prevailing at the Home Office under the stewardship of the Right honourable Member for Blackburn.
This motion has been signed by a total of 9 MPs.
