Community Health Councils

That this House, noting the Prime Minister's circumlocations, invites him to say that he intends to abolish community health councils by primary legislation, and that the consultation includes the possibility that he will change his mind; and asks him to remove the threat to community health councils in the interest of patients and the NHS.
