Library Research Papers

EDM number 1181 in 1999-00, proposed by Elfyn Llwyd on 27/11/2000.

That this House applauds the excellent quality of the research papers produced by the House of Commons Library and the high calibre and dedication of the staff; and requests that each research paper concerning specific bills include a section on the implications of the bills for the devolved legislatures, as this would be invaluable for members from Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, but also for the members from England, in understanding the implications of devolved government.
