Robert Hamill (No. 2)

That this House welcomes the decision of the Prime Minister that he will meet the family of Robert Hamill who, in 1997, was kicked to death in Portadown town centre and in the presence of armed RUC officers; and joins the Irish Government, the United States Congress International Relations Committee and Amnesty International in calling upon him to establish an independent judicial inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Robert Hamill's death as soon as possible.
