That this House congratulates S4C on the launch of Wales Digital College; notes the innovative use of new technology which will provide 15 hours a week of education and training on S4C digital; applauds the fact that this is an important new venture in lifelong learning which is free and accessible to all; and wishes S4C a happy 18th birthday.
