Industrial Compensation Settlements

That this House is pleased to note that the Lord Chancellor has convened a committee to consider the roles of claims assessor organisations in providing legal services for those claiming compensation for industrial injuries and diseases; and calls upon the Lord Chancellor to ensure that these organisations are properly regulated to ensure that claimants receive the necessary maximum amount of their compensation settlement.
