Anglia Railways Charter Mark Successes

That this House congratulates Anglia Railways on receiving its third successive Charter Mark award; notes that in 1993 it became the first train operator to obtain the award and in 1996 received a second award; acknowledges that this independent validation leading to the retention of its Charter Mark status for a further three years is national recognition of Anglia's outstanding achievement in customer service, information, train performance and innovation; pays tribute to all Anglia employees for their excellent work and high standards; and wishes the company continued success with the service it provides for the people of Norfolk, Suffolk and North Essex.
