Achievements Of Cheltenham Schools And Colleges

That this House congratulates all colleges and secondary, primary, infant, junior and special schools in Cheltenham on their achievements; thanks the hard-working staff for their dedication to providing excellent education for all; commends parents for their involvement in parents' associations and governing bodies, and for supporting the schools' and colleges' academic, artistic, social and sporting activities; is thrilled by the majority of pupils and students who make the most of their opportunities; and urges the Government to rectify the shortfall in funding for state schools in Gloucestershire over the past decade.
