Jailbreak 1999

That this House congratulates the organisers of Jailbreak 1999 who this last weekend raised over ú100,000 for charities in Herefordshire and Worcestershire; recalls the work of Ron Davies and Gren Williams of Hereford Police who over 10 years have raised almost ú1 million for charity; pays tribute to the West Mercia Constabulary and BBC Radio Hereford and Worcester who promoted the event, the 600 people from Herefordshire who participated in the event, and to the thousands of others who supported them; and looks forward to the millennium event next year.
