That this House welcomes the Law Commission's 33rd Annual Report and its seventh Programme on Law Reform; commends the clarity of language and the helpful footnotes and references; notes the control of costs; agrees with the tribute to the legacy of Mrs Justice Arden DBE the former chairman; and invites the Government to declare its intentions and timetable for implementaion of Law Commission Law Reform reports on Compensation for Tenant's Improvements, Distress for Rent, Business Tenancies; Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Part II, Termination of Tenancies, Binding over, Judicial Review and Statutory Appeals, Intoxication and Criminal Liability, Mental Incapacity, Fiduciary Duties and Regulatory Rules, Involuntary Manslaughter, Landlord and Tenants Responsibility for State and Condition of Property, Shareholder Remedies, Aggravated Exemplary and Restitutionary Damages, Legislating the Criminal Code: Corruption, Liability for Psychiatric Illness, the Rules against Perpetuities and Excessive Accommodation, the Executive of Deeds and Documents by or on behalf of Bodies Corporate and Consents to Prosecution.
