That this House welcomes the Access to Justice Bill (Lords) in so far as it creates a Community Legal Service with the aim of extending access to legal advice and assistance and calls upon the Government to retain the availability of legal aid in personal injury actions for children, those reliants on state benefit or pension and those who are disabled within statutory definition.
