That this House congratulates Westons Cider Limited of Much Marcle, Herefordshire, on being the first British cider maker to win both Gold Awards at this month's CAMRA National Cider and Perry Championships 1999 at Stockport; recalls their winning the 1998 Best Alcoholic Drink award for Westons Organic Cider from the Soil Association; notes that cider is now accepted as one of the most natural of alcoholic drinks produced; welcomes the availability of cider in the bars of the Palace of Westminster; and looks forward to Westons Stowford Press being served in the Strangers' Bar.
