That this House condemns Tillery Valley Foods Ltd. in Blaenau Gwent, for its failure to recognise the trade union, ISTC, despite the fact that a majority of the workforce are union members; and calls upon the Company to rethink its strategy and respect the democratic wishes of the majority of its workforce to be represented by the ISTC.
